We are careful to partner with farms that not only cultivate a great tasting coffee plant, but also a sustainable and ethical environment for their workers. This is where it all starts for our coffee and for our mission. The hands that cultivate each bean we roast are cared for and compensated well for their work.

Each cup of coffee not only goes to support the vulnerable in our city financially, it also helps provide opportunities for the dignity of work and human flourishing. We strive to employ people who otherwise struggle to find work in the US, whether it’s a young adult aging out of the foster care system, a refugee seeking a safer way of life, or someone simply looking for a fresh start. We’re working to #cultivatemore than just a great cup of coffee.
Our Story
We’ve always had a passion for community and coffee… and when you think about that, it really makes sense. People often gather over coffee.
We want both to be good. Really good. Through our parent organization, Crowd to Community, we’ve been serving the vulnerable in our city for years. Coffee has fueled that work in many ways, and now it is fueling it to a greater degree.
