Soaked in Kentucky straight bourbon and a brown sugar simple syrup prior to roasting, our first blend is something special. We’ve found our Kentucky Joe roast to be especially great for cold brew, but you can brew it any way you’d like. And don’t worry, the roasting process burns off the alcohol content, so you can enjoy some whiskey in your coffee in the morning and not feel bad about it!

This blend combines two of our ethically sourced, specialty grade, single origin coffees. We then soak this blend in Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey and our own brown sugar simple syrup, prior to roasting. We recommend this as a cold brew coffee, but feel free to experiment and brew how you like!
